Species and calendar
This calendar shows the development of the seasons of the main families of fish used for canned fish and shellfish.
To follow the table correctly, the months showing two completed cells are those where there is generally a greater availability of fish to be caught, whilst if only one cell is completed, this refers to a period of much lower activity (due to it being the beginning or the end of the season, or a secondary phase of the season).
